Cat Friendly visits

At Thornbury Veterinary Hospital we understand bringing your cat to the Vet can sometimes be quite daunting.  We are dedicated to making our Veterinary Clinic welcoming to cats and cat clients by reducing the stress involved.  

We have a large and inviting waiting room, which can separate cats and dogs with raised benches for carriers to be placed. Feliway (the relaxing cat pheromone) is used daily in the waiting room, consult rooms, hospital and cat ward. If your cat does need to stay with us, rest assured they will be in a cat specific ward, away from the hustle and bustle of the clinic and separate from dogs. 

All our staff are trained and employ low stress handling methods ensuring your cat will have the safest and calmest visit possible.
